Manual Review Required
All return money requests are reviewed manually by PMW Visuals. We may check account activity, payment details, premium access history, and download records before making a decision.
When Money May Be Returned
A money return may be approved only if the user has not downloaded, accessed, saved, copied, or used any premium wallpaper or premium content after purchase.
When Money Will Not Be Returned
Money will not normally be returned if premium content has already been downloaded, opened, used, copied, shared, or otherwise accessed through the premium account.
Processing Time
If a return money request is approved, processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank, or payment method used for the purchase.
